Happy Monday, friends! I hope you all had a wonderful week and a very Happy Thanksgiving. We are back from our amazing Disney trip, and still a bit tired, but full of so many good memories and great family time! I’m working on a post with the three million pictures I took, lol, and trying to edit it down a bit! So more on the trip soon enough!!
I’m trying to get back in the routine of my regular blogging, which has been a challenge lately, juggling about 357 different things going on around here. But here I am (a day late, no less), ready to share our meal plan for the week!

We ate a buffet at Hollywood and Vine on Thanksgiving which was really good, but I couldn’t go the Thanksgiving holiday without making a homemade Thanksgiving dinner myself. And even the kids were begging me to make all their favorites, and I was happy to do it! I always roast a turkey breast when I’m cooking for the five of us so that we don’t have so much left over. I also made green beans, mashed potatoes, gravy, macaroni and cheese, cranberry sauce, and rolls (cornbread dressing was on the menu too, but I ran out of cornbread mix, so we just 86’d the dressing). It was really good, even if it was three days late! Here’s what else we’ll be eating this week:
- Shrimp and Cauliflower Rice Bowl with Zucchini, Onion, Peppers, Corn, Mushrooms, Cheese, Avocado, and Salsa
- Pizza (for the Kids- I have a dinner out)
- Egg Roll in a Bowl with Roasted Broccoli
- Baked Ravioli with Salad
- Chicken Fried Rice
I hope you have a wonderful start to your week!
