My Fall 2018 Fashion Must-Haves

It is still in the 80’s, but all I have is fall fashion on the brain.  Jeans! Sweaters! Boots! Fall is my favorite season for a lot of reasons, but fall clothes are just the best!!

I have been sharing my seasonal favorites for a few years now (see Fall 2017, Fall 2016, and Fall 2015), and today I’m sharing my must-haves for Fall 2018!

This season, I am all about adding some classic, wearable staples to my wardrobe.  I also need to upgrade my shoes- I didn’t buy many pairs last fall and now I need to replace a few.  Take a look below, and see what will be on my shopping list for the season.

  1. White Button Up Oxford
I desperately need a basic, no-frills, boyfriend cut white button up.  I don’t want any bells or whistles, and I don’t want a slim fit.  I want a boxy, 100% no stretch cotton button up! I’m loving this one and this one.
  2. Oatmeal Duster Cardigan
I am loving the duster trend!  Long cardis are lengthening (good thing for short girls like me) and slimming (who doesn’t like slimming?!).  A cozy oatmeal knit will go with just about everysinglething in my closet and I’m sure I’ll wear it practically every day.  Doesn’t this one look so cozy? And I love the tassel hem on this one and the shawl collar on this one.
  3. Gold Hoop Earrings
I’ve got every color, shape, size, and style of statement earrings, and now just need some basic hoops!  These are so pretty, and only $12!  And these are a little thicker and real gold (and still a good price for 14k gold!).
  4. Mustard Anything and Floral Anything
Yellow is my favorite color, so I am that much more obsessed with the mustard yellow trend this fall!  I am also totally loving the continuation of the floral trend- and have already grabbed a few tops and dresses to fall right in line.  I have this one and this one which I have to force myself NOT to wear alternatively every day! I have a cardigan really similar to this one that I wear way more often than I ever thought I would, and love this floral swing dress (with mustard flowers!).
  5. Work Shift Dresses
I am always on the hunt for some nice conservative and classic dresses for work.  I need to get a couple for a few events coming up.  This one is super cute with the shoulder ruffles but still professional, and I feel like this one would be particularly flattering (and is less than $25!).
  6. Leopard Heels
I bought some great, classic black heels two years ago, and some beautiful nude heels last year. I truly believe that a great pair of leopard heels will be just as neutral and I’ll wear them constantly!  These are pretty with not toooo high of a heel, and I love love love the block heel on these.
  7. Wide-Leg High-Waisted Jeans
I love the 70’s-style of wide leg jeans.  I’ve been trying to find a pair for a few years, but maybe this will be my year!!  LOVING these, but these fulfill all my 70″s bellbottom dreams.
  8. Leopard Loafers
I have a pair of leopard flats that I have nearly worn a hole through!  I’d love to replace them with a pretty pair of pointy-toed leopard loafers this fall.  I love these, but am LOVING the price on these!
  9. Bucket Bag
I’ve been carrying my leopard print tote for quite a while now, and need something new to rotate in for the fall. I love a bucket style for something a little different, but still offering plenty of space!  I love this non-cinched style, and this beautiful worn in version.
  10. Over the Knee Black Boots
My other black over the knee boots finally fell apart, and so I am seeking a suitable substitute!  I love the look of these (and the fact that they have a FULL zip- major bonus points), and I like the block heel on these too.
  11. Nude Loafers
I am buying into the loafer trend!  I think a nude loafer is the ultimate neutral shoe, and I just know I will wear these over and over and over.  These are my favorites, but I like this mule version too.
  12. High Waisted Skinny Jeans
I like getting a new pair of jeans every year, just to have some options!  I already grabbed these and love them so much. I haven’t tried American Eagle jeans since I worked there back in high school, but they are supposed to be amazing.  Might try these out!
  13. Clogs
The perfect shoe to go with my wide leg jeans, my floral dresses, and my 70’s styles!  I have loved clogs since I had a pair in 6th grade. when 70’s styles were coming back the first time, ha!  These would go with practically everything in my closet, and love this bootie style too.

What are you shopping for this season?  Any favorites??
