Weight Watchers Chocolate and Peanut Butter Treats

Whether you are on Weight Watchers or not, I made a tasty sweet treat last night that was too good not to share!  It only uses three ingredients, takes no time to make, and they certainly satisfy a sweet tooth for very few calories!

Here’s all you need:

1 Tub of fat free cool whip, thawed

3 Tablespoons of peanut butter

1 Tablespoon of sugar free fudge sauce, melted.

Empty the tub of cool whip into a medium bowl.  Add peanut butter and whisk until well combined.  Line a muffin tin with 12 paper liners, and sppon peanut butter mixture evenly into each of the cups.  Top each with a drizzle of the melted hot fudge.  Put muffin tin in freezer until treats are solid.

And that’s it!!  If you’re doing Weight Watchers, you’ll be glad to know that these delicious treats are only ONE POINT each!!!  They satisfy a sweet craving, and ice cream craving, and definitely a peanut butter and/or chocolate craving!  They would be delicious as a filling for ice cream sandwiches, or on top of hot brownies or chocolate cake, too.

Try them out and see what you think!  Let me know if you like them!
