The NEW Goat & Lulu!

Tah-dah!!  Welcome to the new Goat & Lulu!!  I have been working hard on lots of changes for Goat & Lulu in 2015, and am so excited to finally be unrolling a few of them!

First things first…a new blog!!  I will continue to keep goatandlulu.blogspot.com active for the forseable future so that old posts can still be accessed, but I will be posting here, at goatandlulublog.com, from now on!  I have switched over to a WordPress format, so please be patient with me, as I’m sure there will be lots (and lots and lots) of wrinkles to be ironed out.  I have been getting impatient with blogger for a while now, and have been contemplating a big change, and finally took the plunge.

And not only did I change the blog, but I am (very slooooowly) transitioning into my very own online store!  Goatandlulu.com has been live for about a year, but it is now, after this weekend, it’s a full-fledged e-commerce site, ready (and more than willing!) to take your orders!!!  Etsy has been really good to me for over 2 years now, and I definitely plan on maintaining my etsy shop for, again, the foreseeable future.  But my business model is changing, as are my demands as a mom and a wife, so I am working on changing Goat & Lulu as it is, to be a more manageable business for me that suits my creative needs, my customer’s needs, but also the needs of my family.

But never fear!!  There will be no shortage of custom outfits, cute shirts, Christmas pajamas, and everything that comes in between!  If anything, a shift in the way I’m doing business is only going to open up new opportunities for more designs, more beautiful fabrics, and more  choices for my customers.  But like I said, my etsy shop is still open, still running, still taking orders, and will be for quite some time.  But I will be slowly moving into exclusively working through goatandlulu.com, which is equal parts totally exciting and totally scary!  Any and all the support I can get from my Goat & Lulu readers, customers, amazing friends, and extraordinary family during these transitions will be appreciated more than you will ever know.

So here’s to new beginnings, new blogs, new websites, and new adventures.  Thank you for following along, reading my ramblings, buying my clothes, liking my updates, responding to my comments, and loving me through this exciting time.  It may seem trivial, but I can’t tell you how much it means to me.  XOXOXOXO.

PS- I will be posting my weekly meal plan tomorrow, so stay tuned!! 🙂
